4. Ride Booking

• Driver availability is not guaranteed
• Estimated fares may vary due to traffic, distance, or demand

5. Payments

• You agree to pay all ride charges
• Prices may include taxes, tolls, or service fees
• Cash or digital payments may be available

6. Cancellations

• Cancellation fees may apply
• Repeated cancellations may lead to account restrictions

7. Rider Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Be ready at pickup location on time
• Treat drivers respectfully
• Not damage the vehicle
• Not engage in illegal or unsafe behavior

8. Safety

• Always verify driver and vehicle details before the ride
• Share trip details if needed
• In emergencies, contact local authorities

9. Limitation of Liability

Daxi Cab is not responsible for:

• Delays due to traffic or weather
• Driver conduct beyond reasonable control
• Loss of personal belongings

10. Account Suspension

We may suspend accounts for:

• Fraud or misuse
• Abusive behavior
• Violation of terms
